Meet the founders.

Alicia Zhou earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in computer science from Cornell University. After eight years in Big Tech, she founded OwnerOS to bring practical AI to top real estate professionals, helping them run exceptional businesses and deliver outstanding client experiences.

She loves animals, nature, and spending time with her cats—who are hiding somewhere in the product, waiting for you to find them. 🐱

Buying or selling a home is a meaningful chapter in someone’s life. We’ve been through it ourselves, so I know how much it means to feel heard, supported, and cared for along the way.

That’s why I’m bringing my engineering background to OwnerOS: to help real estate teams spend less time chasing details and more time listening, offering reassurance, and caring for their clients. And when the day is done, I hope they have more time and energy for their own families, too.
